Enable Internet Connection Sharing on the PC (Services) where DialUp Router is connected.
Then make a default gateway to that PC for everyone (if you dont have one previously)

the computer which is connected through the internet
is given a ip 192.168.0.1
and i went to IE\tools\connections\settings\dial-up settings properties\advanced there I allowed internet connection

then in other pc i have put gateway 192.168.0.1, but still i could not get any internet connection
