On our network we have an APC Environmental Manager which has the ability to send emails when exceptions occur on the device.
I've setup SMTP gateway on IIS on Windows XP. All the printers can send emails through this gateway without any problems.
On the APC unit I cannot get it to work. Someone else had this problem.
We do not have a mailserver onsite. It is all hosted externally. Has anyone else had similar issues? Is their a work around?
