Calendar items returning undeliverable
At one point, certain employees had assistants that had rights to their calendars. Then the assistants quit. Their mailboxes were deleted and their user accounts were inactivated in Active Directory.
Now when you send an appointment to the boss, we get an undeliverable message about the ex-assistant.
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Marjorie Marlowe on 11/29/2007 8:55 AM
The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address. Check the address and try again.
<mail.gleasoninc.com #5.1.7>
But I cannot find where the assistant is still listed anywhere. They don't appear to be "delivery rights" in active directory. I can't find them in permissions or delegates in the boss's Outlook.
How can I keep from getting these undeliverables on the old assistants?
Thanks,
Elaine
