Dreamweaver Newsletter and Outlook sending

Hi  I have designed a newsletter html page to email using the same (but renamed) css as our website.  I have loaded the new css and html file( in a seperate folder)to our webspace and can see it live and it's fine.  I did file send and sent it to myself and it's good, but when i send it external it looses the css format?  any help very very much appreicated.

I normally use HTML to style my html emails as some mail clients will disable or overlook any CSS. Or use inline CSS, take a look at this:
