Looking for actual programming experience about  java web services

I would like to study about java web services and I am looking for actual programming experience. If there are any sites or books that have some programming lab sessions, valuable resources I would like to try.
I have a few years of java experience along with j2ee experience.

it comes with lots of examples once you have it installed you can try them
