Exchange EXMerge Fails

Hi,

I am trying to run exmerge on the mailbox store on our 2003 Exchange box. I have ran this tool with success on the Recovery Storage Group. It is not successful on the main store. Here is the log file:

Has the account you are using got appropriate permissions

Note it is common to create a exmergeadmin account as domain admins inherits deny permissions.

I did notice that the domain account inherited the deny permissions, are you able to uncheck inherit and then uncheck the denied or should we just create a account separate account.

Best practice is to create a new account and give the required permissions.

Treat the account with the same confidentiality as you would a domain admin account.

I followed the instructions on the KB and I get the same results.

Could this e the issue

It looks like it was the location I was pointing the PST to go, I changed it to the root of c:\ and now the Mailbox looks like it is exporting.
