how to create a group for emails in exchange server

Dear Experts,
                      we have recently installed MS EXCHANGE 2003 , in our company ,now my boss wants that i should create a group in address book so that when ever he wants to send a internalo memo to all the employess of company instead of choosing each email sepratly he should only click that group , and the memo should be send to all the employes outlook .
        is it possible , if yes then kindly guide me how to do it , on urgent basis please .and if possible with easy steps to be followed.
