Blocked Pictures Replaced With Red X

My co-worker is using Outlook 2002 sp3.  When she receives emails containing pictures, the pictures are blocked and a red X appears instead.  I have read through all of the other similar questions and their answers and have not been able to find a solution that would work.  We located the OLK folder name in the registry key, but she does not have an OLK folder with that name on her computer.  Most of the solutions I have come across pertain to Outlook 2003, not 2002.  Anybody have any new suggestions?

Hello prescott_college,

You need to find the OLKxx temp folder and delete its content.  The folder is not easy to find.

OR
OutlookTools to access Temp folder

Hope this helps!

You were the first person who explained that the OLK folder would not be easy to find and told me how to go about doing that.  Everybody else just said to find the folder and delete the contents without explaining that most people will not be able to view that folder easily.  Thank you!
