Outlook flag for follow up.

Windows xp sp2 and outlook sp1.  Calendar items and task reminders pop up ok.  the issue is when the user sets a flag an email for follow up and specifies a reminder time and date.  No reminder appears.  Any ideas?

Try to run this:

Go to Start > Run

Type in (without quotes):

"outlook /cleanreminders"
