2003 SBS w/Exchange Server not receiving HTML emails

New 2003 SBS box set-up with exchange server not receiving HTML emails. Using 2000 clients? Using Postini filtering. Still won't receive even if Postini is shut off.

I assume you mean HTML formatted mail?

Is there a bounce message when you send an HTML formatted mail to this server?  If so, please include it.

Otherwise, more details are needed.

So, assuming that you set up and configured everything according to the documented method (including running the Configure Email and Internet Connection Wizard (CEICW -- which is linked as Connect to the Internet in the Server Management Console > Internet and Email), can you see the HTML formatted emails when accessing the mailbox in Outlook Web Access?

So it ended up being our anti-virus software Trend Micro had spam filtering turned on. Simply turning it off solved the problem.
