A client machine has Microsoft Outlook 2003 installed on it and her email is configured using pop3 connection with GoDaddy.com.  All of her emails are downloaded to her computer.  She complained of her contacts missing also.  It is like they all of a sudden just disappeared.  I was wondering how much this has to do with her .pst file?  It seemed to become corrupted and I replaced it with a current file of hers I found?  I am thuroughly confused

Hello cpursley1979,

Emails and contacts are stored in PST file. If you replace the PST file, it may not have her recent emails and contacts.

Repair Damaged Outlook PST File, which you removed.
Outlook Recovery Toolbox

Hope this helps!
