Installing a TCP/IP Printer Port

I am attempting to install a network printer. When I go to create a new TCP IP printer port I get an error saying Error Loading TCP Mb Library - then Explorer says it has to shut down and then DR Watson has an issue - then I reboot.
When I attempt to use the install disk - it doesn't load at all..The little hour glass comes and then goes. If I look at Task Manager - it says setup is running. I updated my flash - because it uses flash. I don't think that has to do with the TCP Printer port issue though.
