- I visited http://board.zsnes.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3103&highlight=zmv+avi
- I clicked http://oss.netfarm.it/mplayer-win32.php
- I clicked MPlayer/MEncoder svn rev 25088
- I clicked MPlayer-Gui-rtm-svn-25088.7z
- I extracted the files to a "player" folder
- I searched for "mencoder.exe" in the player folder
- There was not a mencoder.exe

What now?

try this:
http://optusnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/mplayer-win32/MPlayer-rtm-svn-25088.7z

You will see the file you are looking for.

Hope this helps!
