MMc has detected an error in a snap in

MMC has detected an error in a snap in! (this is the message that comes up on the server) also in the event id the error codes are 1000,1001... there is only one pop account added to the connector for testing puposes, but it doesn't work!

The solution, by the way, is to go to Windows Update and get the latest patches.
