So many Language Bars

Hi,

The system is Windows Server 2003 SP2
It has so many language bars in place

How to turn them all off except the original one which comes by default with Windows?

remove them from control panel, regional and language options,
in languages tab, select details, first remove all languages listed there, then just add your desire language.
