Exchange User receiving other Exchange Users Email

I have an SBS 2003 Server with a 2 user setup. I originally setup exchange with both users to retreive their email via POP3 Connector, as my mail is hosted with GoDaddy.Com. The accounts were not setup as global, but as invidual and the first user is getting all the email of the 2nd user. I have disable the pop connector, and exchange still has them as two accounts. What is the problem? Exchange or My Email Hosting @ GoDaddy

Hi,

Lets simplify the problem a bit.

Lets disconnect exchange for the moment and just deal with godaddy.

Email one user, and then check both pop3 mailboxes. Do both users receive the email into their pop3 boxes?

Dan,
When you say disconnect exchange, how do I do that? Just manually bring the server offline for a few minutes.  I understood the last part.
Yes, if you can shut it down, then that is the simplest way to make sure exchange isnt doing anything unexpected.

Dan
OK. I'll try that and get back to you. Thanks
Ok, i'll be online for around an hour.
It is exchange. I went in shutdown all exchange services running on my SBS. I went to the 1st person's Outlook, and at the bottom of the Outlook systray is says disconnected. When I sent test emails to person #1 or and person # 2, person #1 email delivered automatically and person #2 didn't. I have setup on the workstation the account directly (seperate) from exchange. What do I need to do to get rid of this "global" mailbox problem?
Please clarify.

Are you sending mail between users or from an external address?

Thanks
Dan
I tested using me@yahoo.com to user@domain.com
And how did you collect the emails during the test?

Dan
Do you have any pop3 settings set up in Outlook?
First, i simply sent an email to user1@ and user2@. With exchange services stopped, user1 didn't get user2 emails. User 1 has (a) POP account and an additional user1@ POP account setup, to see if that made a difference. Hence, I'm thinking something in exchange/routing.

OBTW: user2 is setup for exchg and pop and doesn't get the email unless delivered via the pop acct that i setup after exchg won't deliver/route properly.
Can you remove all POP settings from Outlook, so that when you look at the Accounts in outlook, all you see is Exchange?
Once you have done that, in order to test, you will have to collect the emails via webmail to check how many emails each user receives.

My thoughts are, User1 is receiving the emails via exchange and also receiving the problem emails via a pop3 account set up locally in outlook.
Dan,

The user2 account is being delivered to user1 only with exchange is running. This was happened before and during the user1 pop setup. If user2's pop3 isn't in outlook, then it would not deliver.
Is it possible to connect to your sbs? It would be easier to diagnose.
