Hi,
I've bought a shared hosting account from Godaddy.com. There is an options to create DSN in the hosting account. So I've uploaded my database and I was trying to connect through that DSN by using Dreamweaver. The problem is that they won't allow to remotely connect to their DSN using Dreamweaver. I've used Dreamweaver to generate ASP code. It's becuase i'm not good in ASP as well.

My question is , How do I connect to that database with the DSN created on the hosting account?...

Regards
Siva

Here is a great website that shows how to connect to a db.

If you need to find the path to your database - create a page with this code and upload it to the folder that contains your database. Then access the page through a web browser and it will show your path.

Response.Write Server.MapPath("/")
