Move old contacts from Sim card to iPhone

Just recently I purchased an iPhone and I would like to move all of my old contacts to the iPhone.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  My old phone is a Motorola RIZR.  I used the the Motorola Phone Tools to create a backup of all my existing contacts.

That link may have been valid once upon a time, but now points to a page attempting to spread malware.  Please try to include explanations along with your answers, as this solution is now worthless...
