Add the Domain Users group to the Power Users

I am looking for a way to add the Domain users group to the Power Userss group on the local machine.

Right click on My computer > click manage > Local Users and Groups > Groups > double click power users > click add > type in Domain Users and click ok > then click apply.

Heres the way i figured out how to do through the command line.
