one client wont acept mail as they say its being relayed.

we are not an open relay, all test come back negative, just did the dnsstuff one this morning all 15 tests pass.

anything we can do so they get the mail?

If the messages are going out through MessageLabs and they are still rejecting the email then there is nothing that you can do. Their antispam filter is being very picky.
The problem for them may well be that their product will not allow a whitelist on anything but server, and that would have to be MessageLabs servers, which I can appreciate would make anyone nervous as that means a lot of addresses to be whitelisted.
