Relay exchange (genuine need to)

We have a web site that emals clients by relaying via our exchange server, all secure, the exchange server has te exception that wth web sits IP can relay (not a public web site by the way)

and all works fine, we also use icritical (similar to messaglabs)

one client wont acept mail as they say its being relayed.

we are not an open relay, all test come back negative, just did the dnsstuff one this morning all 15 tests pass.


anything we can do so they get the mail?

we are on exchange 2003 sp2

there whitlelisted on our system, but refuse to change anything there end  i cant see what we can do to help out on this.

If the messages are going out through MessageLabs and they are still rejecting the email then there is nothing that you can do. Their antispam filter is being very picky.
The problem for them may well be that their product will not allow a whitelist on anything but server, and that would have to be MessageLabs servers, which I can appreciate would make anyone nervous as that means a lot of addresses to be whitelisted.
