Problems with IE vs Firefox -- Totally Different Site Experience

I am working on a site at http://www.kogmarketing.com 

The owner of the site is actually very sick right now and asked me to help get the basics up.

I am using the latest version of FrontPage, which is the only WYSIWYG editor that I know how to use.

If you visit kogmarketing.com with Firefox- it looks perfect.  It looks exactly the way it does in my editor.  When I look at it in I.E., it only loads the flash animation at the top of the page and then NOTHING else beneath the flash header.  Plus, IE puts the header way over to the right.

I am so confused.  Firefox displays perfectly, but I.E. doesn't display it correctly at all, and I am using a Microsoft application to make it.

I could scream.  Any help?

Run your site through the HTML validator at this site:

http://validator.w3.org/

It seems that there are some errors with the tags.

I did that, validated it, tried it on a test page, but I.E. still won't see my site.  This is so frustrating!
