I have a Microsoft VPN and DNS server, two sperate servers, and when a user logs into the VPN server an A Record is not being generated for them.  I need this to work so SCCM will work.  Any help would be great!

Configure RRAS MMC with: DHCP retransmision agent pointing to DHCP server, then goto DHCP MMC, click on DHCP server, properties, select DNS tab and mark first checkbox and select first radiobutton.

okay, I did all of that and I still have the same out come.  it is still showing the vpn servers name as the machine it gave the lease too.  Also in the Unique ID coloumn it shows RAS there instead of the MAC address.  Would this have anything to do with it?
