Outlook sending mail error with distribution list

When sending an email to a distribution list, there is a returned mail message that gives the error of
452 Exceeded daily sending mail quota, mail denied. How can we send more than the limited amount of distributed email addresses?

Looks like your mail admin has setup a quota for sending emails.
You have to ask about that first.
