Outlook 07 was working fine but I was asked to help install a blackberry 8820 from Verizon.  So I downloaded 4.3 desktop manager er whatever it's called.  So now I get this message "outlook could not create workfile. Check the temp environment variable."

This is a new vista laptop vostro 1700
