Outlook 07 was working fine but I was asked to help install a blackberry 8820 from Verizon. &nbsp;So I downloaded 4.3 desktop manager er whatever it's called. &nbsp;So now I get this message &quot;outlook could not create workfile. Check the temp environment variable.&quot;<br />
