We sync Outlook with exchange 2003, is there similar way where i can sync a mailbox from another exchange mailbox? basically i am trying to find a workaround to sync mailbox with another mailbox.

Solution should be assuming i have access only the way outlook has.
Ofcouse i can access server if required to do some configurations.

Ok you can user Exmerge to Sync them manually, but there is no way to automate this process like Sync on the fly.

If you use Exmerge, u can sync them manually by exporting the files into a PST and then use Exmerge too to import the files again into the other mailbox, u can then merge (SYNC) or just copy.

Thank you.
