garbage in a recieved email
hello,
After upgrading to 2007 we faced a problem. our helpdesk application send a satisfation email to the user after solving his problem. this email is not displayed properly now (garbage) and user can't select the radio botton in the email body.
anyone have an idea what could be the reason?

What version of exchange are you running? Latest service packs installed?
Was the email format changed?
Was it originally sent in HTML and displayed in plain text ... with a bar across the top of the email that says "email converted to plain text" or something similar?
