is not working in FireFox and what I need to do differently to get it to work? Thanks

ONMOUSEOVER="this.style.color = '#FF9C01';this.style.cursor= 'pointer';"

The option "hand" is non-standard, "pointer" works in both IE and firefox to give the same cursor.
