Custom Envelopes - Delivery Address

I am using Word 2003 with Office XP Pro. I have created a custom envelope. Is there any way for me to save where the delivery address is placed on the envelope. Currently, each time I open the envelope, I have to specify where the delivery address is to be placed.
Also, If I wish to create a permanent custom envelope, how do I get it to appear in the list of available envelopes every time I use the envelopes/mailing option in Word 2003?.

Many thanks.

What you want is a Mail Merge and not the envelope option.
the envelope option is for a single envelope to be made.

in the dialog window you will find a check box "set as default return address.
then do a mail merge, and on the right pannel select edit individual envelope.

and then save the doc as a doc,

remember when print to choose the correct stock.

Steven,

Thanks for your input. Actually, this is required for single envelopes and not mail merge.
So the question is, can I create a custom envelope whereby I can permanently set the location of the delivery address without having to change this setting from 'Auto' each time.

Many thanks.

Again.

What you want is a Mail Merge and not the envelope option.
once you have created the recipient field, save it as a doc so everytime you open it, it has the same delivery point and all you woul dhave to do is print.

write the address and I'll create it for you.
it only takes ~ 5-6 clicks. not a big deal.

yeah, you can also select different options when you are in the mail merge.
eg:
put a sorter barcode on top of the delivery address so the machine can sort it much faster.
put a barcode for the stamp delivery too.
and customize the font to your likings.  <-- this one is done after you complete the options.
