Make all Outlook attachment as read only

I want to find out how if there is a way to set all email attachments to read only.  When user open an attachment in Outlook, they won't be able to edit and save the changes directly.

Hello et73,
Once the email recipient receives and download your file, they become the owner of the file -on their computer-.....

That being said, there is not a way to make the files read only for the recipient....

To add: I have discovered that under certain circumstances, the reading pane on the receiving end has an effect on whether the document opens in read-only mode or not.
Apparently, if the user has the reading pane open and opens an attached document, the document will open as read-only. Also documents set as plain text or HTML will sometimes open as read-only, less frequently than RTF.
I believe that MS needs to make an option on this...
