Hi Experts,

Iam using Jboss server version 4.0.3. In my project we are preparing 2 separate war files for presentation layer and business layer. We are doing hard deployment that is we are copying war files manually to JBoss. When we start JBoss is there a way to specify particular application to start first and then next one. For example i want my business war to load first and then presentation war. Is there any way.

Thanks in advance,
Rave.

by default jboss load war files in alphabetical order.
So simplest way is just name your war files correctly and that's it.
Actually deployment is controlled by DeploymentScanner http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=DeploymentScanner
So there you can also provide your own deploymentsorter implementation. But it requires some additional programming and configuration.

So I will preffer first way. And use second one only if your war naming very meaningful for you.
