Template fields at run time in GridView

i want Template Fields at run time in GirdView. I am going to built a website in which Fields in the DataBase table are varying at run time . i got one componet at google to resolve this problem but that also creates problem because along-with Fields the DATATYPE of the fields also varying . Plese paste code towords me so that i can understand easily
