Syntax to INNER JOIN and to LEFT OUTER JOIN using multi columns in SAME table....?

Experts:

What is the correct syntax for INNER JOIN....and....LEFT OUTER JOIN...when trying to join TableA and TableB using multiple columns....? Let's say 3 different columns are used to JOIN TableA and TableB....can you give me the Syntax for BOTH ......INNER AND LEFT JOINS.....separately......

for example:

SELECT ....
FROM tableA a
INNER JOIN tableB b
  ON a.col1 = b.col1
 AND a.col2 = b.col2
LEFT JOIN tableC c
  ON a.col1 = c.col1
 AND a.col2 = c.col2
