Want to create a shortcut to run a windows mobile program

I want to find an easier way to run IntShrUI, which is located in the windows folder on my windows mobile 6 phone.  Currently, I have to open file explorer and scroll all the way down to it.  I was hoping to create an icon right on the "desktop" to run it easily.

Try this program to create links to programs on your "Today Screen"

wow that's great software - exactly what I was looking for!  That's going to save me about 45 seconds, several tmes a day.  Thanks a bunch
