I have a Citrix 4.5 Access Gateway Standard Edition here is the problem I have purchased my SSL certificate from godaddy. I generated the CSR from the CAG copied that information into godaddy and requested the certificate for a Apache server. I have followed the instructions on how to merge the server and intermediate certificates  and the certificate uploads fine under root certificates. But every time I go to the web interface it says there is a problem with the certificate and shows the default certificate that comes with the CAG.  I have tried to requested the certificate using the "other" selection as well for the web server selection and this didn't work either. Please help this has been an issue for 2 weeks now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you generate the CSR are you using the FQDN or just the name of the CAG? Also, I have generated certs from instantSSL, and there is an actual citrix CAG option on that. Have you called godaddy and/or citrix to find out what is compatable. BTW, you should be using the FQDN in the CSR generation, so the name should be whateverthecagis.yourdomain.com
