Hi,

I have setup to print my daliy calendar on 1/2 of a landscape 8.5x11 page.  The other half of the page contains a checklist of unrelated information in table format that now has to be printed separately from Word by sending the page through the printer again by hand.

I wanted to simply this process.  Of course, I could xerox or preprint the Word table on the sheet and only have to print the daily calendar from Outlook.  However, this makes me load the sheet manually.

I was looking for an elegant more solution.  Is there a way to make a template in Outlook so that the the daily calendar is printed on one side but the same table is always automatically printed on the other side.

Alternatively, can I import the Outlook Calendar information into Word?

Thanks.

I don't believe there is another way for you to do this, since you are trying to print from 2 different sources onto one page.
