Slow loading on rww and owa

Why is it taking sooo long to load the rww.domain.com and owa.domain.com from external network to our SBS 2003 Server?  If I go through the 192.168.1.1/remote the connection is so fast.  Do you think there is some thing wrong?  Is there any way I could speed up the process?

Since those aren't the default methods to reach those sites I'd suspect its the way you've configured the redirects.  Because rww.domain.com is being redirected to https://server.domain.com/remote and owa.domain.com is redirecting to https://server.domain.com/exchange.

So... how are these handled?

Jeff,
To be honest.  I got no clue, the one before me set this up for us... Do you think you could help me navigate to look for it?  Thanks

It would help if I had the right domain name.  If you feel that's something you don't want to post, then there are two possibilities for where to look... either your ISP/Webhost or on your SBS in IIS Manager.

If it's done at your ISP, there would probably be a subdomain redirect configured in your Hosting Control Panel.  If it's redirected within IIS, then there would be a virtual directory in IIS manager that either has a redirect document or is just fully redirected.

Because it's taking a long time though, I'm guessing that there is a redierct document of sorts...either javascript, asp or html that's got some kind of time-lapse on it.

If you don't want to learn about all that stuff, then the easiest is to post the real domain name and let me take a look.
