change caption of label and button for common dialog: color dialog, file dialog... by C#

Hi, I need make a customize with some common dialog like: color dialog, file dialog, font dialog... I want to change some caption of labels and buttons int these dialogs  by unicode text. I had a source code and example application do this, but it was written by C++ so I wonder that how can I do this by C#. Can I do this by C# ?

For buttons assign the button.value the new String.
For labels assign the label.innerHTML the new String.

And filde dialog caption of the "browse" button cannot be changed. It is controled by browser and cannot be modified by script.

well, it is not a trivial task, common dialog are not derived from System.Windows.Form, so you cannot use regular .net methods and properties to handle them.
Them are derived from CommonDialog class, derived from Component, so you will need some interop to gain access to dialog control. Another problem is that the dialog is not created until you call ShowDialog() method, so you cannot alter any control before this.
