I called up the email hosting company of the recipient. They must have done dns check at the time because he tells me that i need a cname for my mx record if i remember correctly.
Also mentioned to me no spf record.
i am running sbs 2003 with no problems sending to any to other users in the 2 years of this server.....

You probably need to have your ISP create a reverse DNS record for you.
Many email domains are now rejecting emails if they fail a reverse DNS lookup.
