Junk Email Folder Listed Under Notes in Outook 2003

We are currently using Outlook 2003 which connects to our Exchange Server.  I have one client where her Junk Email folder is showing up under "Notes."  When I attempt to move the folder I am presented with the error: "Can't move the items. Special Folders including the Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Tasks, and Journal Folders cannot be moved."

I have tried starting Outlook with the /resetfolders switch and the /resetfoldernames switch with no luck.  Any ideas?
