I am confused on how Enforce Password policy is affected by Reset Password in Server 2003 and XP<br />

Let me know if I have this right. &nbsp;If am a user and my password is Pass01 and &nbsp;I am asked to change my password. &nbsp;If Enforce Password is set to two. &nbsp;Let assume there is no minimum password age. <br />

Question One<br />
Then do I have to come up with two other distinct passwords before I can reuse Pass01?<br />

Question Two<br />
If the Administrator resets my password by going to Active directory and right clicking the user and selecting Reset Password &nbsp;to an temp password like Passw0rd.<br />
If want to reset the password to Pass01 - can I do it? or does Pass01 get included as a previously used password <br />
