computer hangs when double click my computer

i had a computer with a motherboard issue and had dell come out and replace and it was working i then took the 80gb hard drive and ghosted it to a 160gb hard drive with ghost 12 tehn booted up with teh new drive and everything works fine. the only issue is when i double click my computer it will run a black page for 30sec etc and then respoind and works fine. if i dont do that everything is working perfectly how do I resolve this thank you

In the device manager, click Show>Hidden Devices, and uninstall EVERYTHING under Disk Drives. That should clear out the old HDD reg entries.....

so anything under disks drives shoudl be removed i shoudl not leave one>?
i removed teh usb one and then tried to go into my computer and still doing the same thing unless i heard different from you i will remove everything like you stated then try again shoudl i reboot as well?
I would remove them all, and then reboot when prompted. Windows will redetect the proper drive after you boot....

ok rebooted after i removed them all as it prompted nme to and when i double click on my computer it does the same thing?
Wow, I just started typing for some more ideas, and then I saw the email come through that you accepted it. It worked after all?
