Vertical scroll bar not showing up in firefox 2.0.0.6 on mac for asp:panel
The vertical scroll bar for detailed information on a product, is not showing up when the text overflows the box. This only happens with firefox on a mac. Firefox on pc works great so does IE 6 and 7.
For an example, go to https://webdev.mychoices.biz, select a tab, select one of the product thumbnails and a modal will pop up with a description of the product and some additional info. To find one with overflow, select the edibles tab, select "Trim Advantage" from the left side bar, and scroll down to "Protein Snack Bar, Peanut". Click that thumbnail and select "ingredients" tab from the bottom tab strip.
I know it's a known bug for firefox, I'm looking for a workaround or fix. Thanks.

How about upgrade to the current version of Firefox where the bug might be fixed. The current version is 2.0.0.11 - so you are testing on firefox that is 5 versions old. It is possible that this fix is now in place since it was a known bug.
have you put "overflow: auto" in the style?
i inspected the element and couldn't find it.

to answer mrichmon, yes I have tried on the newest versions of firefox, I meant to say I've tested on 2.0.0.6 on up. Haven't tried on anything newer, but it doesn't matter. I need em all to work =)
to answer mrichmon, Yes, I've tried auto and scroll. It just never shows up, I think I catch a glimpse of a scrollbar if I hit refresh while viewing an offending window, but of course the window closes down.
