Internet Explorer shuts down when sending emails from OWA, indicates Adobe Flash problem

I am having difficulty tracking down the source of this problem which arose within the last 24 hours on several pcs.
Server is SBS 2003 Premium R2 also running MS Dynamic CRM.
PCs are Windows Vista Ultimate or XP Pro running IE7
All software is up to date.
PC is logged onto Outlook Web Access, emails are being received, however when I try to send out a new email the screen goes transparent white and then shuts down all IE connections.
The first time it happened the system provided a DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION error. On subsequent tries I now get an error that the system is in conflict with Adobe Flash Player. I cannot find any fixes for this problem.
Anyone have any suggestions on where to look? Many thx
