Cant Get email or access my Web Host Via my ADSL

Hi all, I am having a problem , I can not get email or access my email providers website via my broadband connection,  if I try to go to there website WWW.2globalmart.com I get page can not be displayed, in outlook I get can not access incoming mail server ,  when I to a Tracert I get the below result,  If I connect to the net via dial up I can access both fine,  I  dont have a static ip so I cant be black listed, I have spoken with both sided and they are suggesting its the others problem

Any ideas?

Can you get there using another Internet provider with the same computer?  What about another computer using the same ISP?

Also try without your router.  You will probably have to restart your computer when you do this but what happens if you plug your computer right into the dsl modem and try to access the site.  What is the result?

Tracert could be failing for other reasons besides those causing your access issue.  I would suggest you see if you can get another IP or domain for your web host and also have the ISP (or a friend using the same ISP) try to access the web host.  What is the result of each test?
