Booking resources for recurring meetings

I'm getting complaints from my Administrative Assistants about booking resources (conference rooms) for recurring meetings.  I have the resources set up to automatically Accept or Decline based on Free/Busy data.  If someone creates a recurring meeting say, every Friday for 3 months, and the resource is free every day except for say, just ONE day, then it will tell you right away that the reource is busy and con not be booked...choose another date/time, however it doesn't tell you WHICH date it is busy.  So these people are left having to either create these meetings one by one, or doing them in small chunks.  Any way to fix this?

Not directly in Exchange.  There is a separate auto-accept agent that is more customisable than the standard Outlook one, but basically the answer is no without 3rd party software.

Thanks.  I downloaded the Microsoft Agent and read the Admin. Guide.  It appears that this will allow a certain number/percentage of conflicts when scheduling a recurring meeting before a recurring metting is "denied", however, I don't see any place that mentions if it will notify you of WHICH date(s) are the conflicting dates??

On this page http://www.swinc.com/products/ERM/factsheet.asp, it mentions "Send response for declined instances in addition to accept response for recurring series" which to me indicates what you ask.

It may be worth sending them an e-mail and getting some more info on this.
