I'm getting complaints from my Administrative Assistants about booking resources (conference rooms) for recurring meetings. I have the resources set up to automatically Accept or Decline based on Free/Busy data. If someone creates a recurring meeting say, every Friday for 3 months, and the resource is free every day except for say, just ONE day, then it will tell you right away that the reource is busy and con not be booked...choose another date/time, however it doesn't tell you WHICH date it is busy. So these people are left having to either create these meetings one by one, or doing them in small chunks. Any way to fix this?
