Include external HTML code??

How can I include external HTML code in a HTML / TPL file??

My file is named index.tpl (Or index.html)

I want it to include in the header of the file ALL THE CODE included in header.html

How can i do that?

You can't include files in an html file. Change the extension to shtml, and use:

<!--#include file="header.html"-->
