Hello deatc,

You cannot customize keyboard shortcuts in Outlook 2003 nor 2007.  You have to write a macro, assign a button on the toolbar, and then assign a shortcut to the button.

Hope this helps!

Hi, war1.  Do you happen to know the steps, in Outlook 2007, to assign a button on the toolbar and assign a shortcut to the button?  (Outlook 2003 was so much easier!)  Thank you.
