Problems with DFS replication?

Two servers Windows 2003 R2 Replication of the folder Public.
DFS Replication Health report shows errors:
 
Replication of this type of reparse point is not supported by the DFS Replication service.  
Affected replicated folders: Public
Description: The DFS Replication service encountered an unsupported reparse point in replicated folder Public with local path F:\Public. This reparse point (Public) will not be replicated because the replication of this type of reparse point is not supported by the DFS Replication service. Event ID: 4406
 
 Last occurred: den 3 december 2007 at 18:56:58 (GMT1:00)
 Suggested action: Replication of this type of reparse point is not supported by the DFS Replication service.  

Any suggestions why this happends and how to solve it?

Its a common folder with files and folders ... doc. pdf. xls etc. etc...

Please read this over and make sure your DFS settings are inline:
