Folder when sharing dont get the security tab.

Hi,

Folder when sharing dont get the security tab.
This is my new domain.In any of the machines when i share the folders i dont get the security tab only the share tab is present.

What could the problem be.

Hi
The security tab is only for NTFS based folders. For FAT32 you have only share permission.

If you had an NTFS partition try to uncheck the Use simple file sharing option in Explorer Tools Option  View.

Sorry this was a wrong question that i posted i was looking the cd drives properties .Cd drives only show the share tab they dont have the security tab.Am i right.

For CD you can't have because you can't store the ACL .
