Applying 'real' certificate makes OWA inaccessible?

I have a new Windows Server 2003 SBS install with all the latest patches and Exchange SP2.  I am able to reach https://FQDN/exchange with the default certificate the server made (webserver.domain.org) however when I replace that one with one published by RapidSSL (mail.domain.org) I get 'CANNOT DISPLAY THIS WEBPAGE'.  This persists internally as well when I try to access https://IPADDRESS/exchange.

I have recently installed two other SBS servers with the same process (I thought) however this one is kicking my butt...  As always, your help is very appreciated.

I found this SSL Diagnostic utility from Microsoft that explained that somehow the private key for the certificate was not present.  I got the cert reissues and now all is well.  Thanks!
